About this survey:
Workforce location strategy (e.g. return to office, hybrid working, offshoring/nearshoring/ HQ or service center consolidation) depends heavily on easy-to-get, easy-to-use, and reliable information. Without it, many organizations aren't able to make informed decisions for their workforce location strategy.
Is your organization potentially exposed to making low data, high "gut feel" decisions?
This short (<15 minute) assessment can help you assess where your organization might be at risk. The survey has four sections of 4-12 questions each:
1. General information about your organization and your role. This puts your answers into context.
2. Your organization's experience with location strategy. Success, failure, a mix? We will compare this against your answers to your capabilities.
3. How you measure and manage your workforce location strategy. We'll review your organization's key performance indicators, and analytical answers you can/can't provide.
4. The state of the systems and tools you use to get it. We'll review how easy or hard it is to get, use, and present the information, as well as its reliability.
In some cases, if you don't know the answer, that "unknown" response choice is available to you. This is actually valuable feedback for the assessment.
Participants must 'opt in' in order for their anonymized responses to be included in a summary. Survey results, if/when shared with survey participants, are anonymized and are summarized only when there is a sufficient level of opt-in response to create enough range in the information to prevent potential attribution.
